UAP Whistleblowers: What is the Pentagon Actually Promising? | RDS

By | September 15, 2026

Hi Everyone,

Another statement from the Pentagon on how people with UAP knowledge can come forward to talk about what they know without breaking their NDAs or SAP agreements. We discussed this about 6 weeks ago or so, and honestly there’s not anything new that I can really determine. This is what I wrote for YouTube:

The Pentagon says UFO insiders can now come forward without violating their secrecy agreements. But come forward to whom? And what happens to their evidence afterward? Six weeks ago, I raised those questions about PURSUE. Now we have a follow-up announcement, and the answers still aren’t clear. I look at what the Pentagon is promising, and how the secrecy system can absorb the information, absorb the pressure, and keep the public in the dark. Getting extraordinary information into another government office is no guarantee that any of it will ever come out.

Read the latest document: https://www.war.gov/News/Releases/Release/Article/4600020/department-of-war-issues-legal-waiver-to-authorize-unidentified-anomalous-pheno/

To me, this is certainly not disclosure. It’s more of a dance, more of moving goal posts. In other words, yes there is some pressure from within the system to release some information. Either that, or a move from the WH to learn just what is going on from within that system.

But in any case, I think we are seeing the system itself adapting to the pressure, making some openings that it can without really giving anything up. So here, if you have information on this subject, you can share it with a designated PURSUE representative — and no one else. Someone like Eric Davis is in exactly the same position he was in before. He’s already told federal representatives much of what he knows. Now he can tell PURSUE. But he still can’t tell us, not without breaking the law.

I don’t see any provisions in this that ensure that info going to PURSUE will ever reach us.

It’s a honey pot AND a delay & denial mechanism with a side of undeserved positive PR thrown in! Such a bargain!

So you can tell the Government about Governement secrets and let them know you are willing to talk! Now they know you are willing to talk (what could go wrong?) and nothing else changes.

I’ll bet Kirkpatrick is in charge of PURSUE and will do a great job!
