I recorded this after learning about a very strange statement by an individual I had not known about previously, Dr. Jennice Vilhauer, who is a member of the government’s new UAP Science Advisory Council. She has recently said(opens in new tab) that the council met at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on August 31. She said that at that meeting, they were told that the United States government has a preparedness plan in the event that nonhuman intelligence is confirmed. She also said the United States is prepared to take an international leadership role.
Probably some of you have heard about this. I looked into this. Well, I found a few things that genuinely were … unsettling. This is what I wrote for the YouTube description box:
The latest rumors of an imminent White House announcement concerning UFOs and non-human intelligence have generated some discussion. In this video, I examine what is actually known and explain why I remain unconvinced that a genuine disclosure plan is underway. I also take a close look at two new documents addressing the psychological and social consequences of disclosure. Some of their recommendations seem sensible, on the face of it. But others envision an extraordinary national apparatus involving HHS, intelligence agencies, educators, clinicians, religious leaders, coordinated public messaging, and population-level behavioral-health monitoring. This raises a basic question: Who will control the information, and who will define the public’s proper response? Finally, I return to the historical record—official memoranda, extraordinary military encounters, and decades of crash-retrieval testimony—which strongly suggests that the real problem is far older and more serious than the latest Washington rumor.

I’m not trying to say that clinicians should not be trained and prepared to deal with psychological stress in any post-disclosure moment. But what she and her colleagues, including Christopher Mellon, are suggesting here seems Orwellian. Am I misinterpreting something here?
I have tried to cut some of the inside-disclosure-transparency crowd some slack — more slack than *many* would give. But this? This strikes me as having zero upside and a whole lot of downside.
It is just a proposal. Very likely it won’t go anywhere. But jeez. All these people seem to know how to do is to insert more management, more coordination. What I argue in the video is that what is needed is more truth. This anger management they are looking to mitigate — well, when people (if people) ever learn the depths of a truly mind bending coverup for 80 years, they *will* be angry. Pissed off, furious, and more. And they will have every right to be.
I gave a bit of a history lesson in here as well. Please let me know what you think.

This is very interesting. As I listen to you talk through the proposal in the brief, it just reminds me of the alleged Wernher von Braun deathbed confession of using a fake alien narrative to gain further control of the populis, it was the last chess piece move apparently. After all, they used 9 11 to further erode public freedoms and privacy.. Wow.

In 1956, Gray Barker’s They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers popularized the “Men in Black” legend, further cementing the cover-up narrative.
I could waste your time and mine laboriously typing in a timeline from 1956 — all the books, movies, radio and television programs… but let’s jump ahead to 1977 and one of the most popular movies of all time “Close Encounters Of The Third Kind”. Spielberg also revisted the coverup in 1982, in “E.T. The Extraterrestrial” Both of these films are considered classic “family favorites” and enjoyed huge VHS tape and DVD sales. Kids grew up on these films. To this day they are viewed on streaming services around the world.
The year 1989 was significant with “Unsolved Mysteries” several episodes on UFOs and coverups. Big-time viewership with “true crime” fans, for whom facts and justice are important.
Now hop on the time-scooter and scoot ahead to the year 1993. You know what I’m going to say– the very words in the name scream “cover up!” Of course I’m talking about “The X-Files”. We could discount everything before 1993, if we wanted to, and we’d still have 33 YEARS of continuously run, immensely popular “X-Files” television and movie episodes.
How many National Geographic, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Gaia TV, Paramount, Tubi, Roku, YouTube, AppleTV presentations, documentaries and full length movies cover the topic of coverup?
The very releases of the so-called “tranches” of UFO information are proof in everyone’s face that there is a coverup.
PBS has run multiple programs that investigate and question the possibility of a government cover-up of UFOs .
The NOVA series has aired several episodes addressing this topic, including “What Are UFOs?” The episode “Area 51: UFO Sightings and an Infamous Government Cover-Up” explores how rumors of alien spacecraft.
PBS NewsHour has featured discussions on the historical context of whistleblower claims, such as those by David Grusch, who alleged a multi-decade crash-retrieval program, and analyzed whether these testimonies indicate a coordinated cover-up.
The program “Horizons” has also explored UAPs, featuring experts who acknowledge a cover up.
It must be said of course that the PBS coverage is often dismissive and providing false excuses for the coverup, but the coverge is still there. It at least raises the issue in the minds of viewers.
Need I even mention Speilberg’s most recent treatment of the coverup — “Disclosure Day”, and the massive (paid for) media coverage?
Will we go nuts when we “find out” about the coverup? I think not. Definitely not. The fact that there is a coverup going on is at least 71 years out of the bag and that we have ALL been culturally steeped in it — ensures that people will accept it, as they have been accepting it for decades. Anyone with an I.Q. above room temperature KNOWS that the US government is a pack of evil motherfuckers who DO that kind of shit… and we hear about it every day in the news.
What we’ll go nuts over is…
… if we ever find out how they sold our asses to NHI for a nickel’s worth of tech trinkets and promises not kept.

The funniest thing about these papers is how they think we are operating at some level of mental health services capacity that could possibly be “strained” by disclosure of NHI. What rock are these people living under? The system is at present, a joke of inefficiency, greed, power and failure.
I found it very interesting that the 9-page policy brief, “A National Preparedness Framework for the Human Consequences of Disclosure”, classifies NHI Disclosure as a “national emergency”, that needs to be prepared for. A national fucking emergency. And for whom? Not us, as citizens. The emergency is for the bunker-hiders. The emergency is for the 1 percent and their lackeys whose place at top of the heap is threatened.
They said it’s a low probability / high consequences event. NHI disclosure is a low probability event? I’d say that it’s a low probability BECAUSE of the high consequences.

No, not at all. I felt that the work of these persons is one of the better partial descriptions of a panopticon technocratic state. It sounds like it could lead to a world as outlined in Ira Levin’s 1970 novel This Perfect Day… a world (without NHI) where everyone was constantly surveilled, evaluated mentally and physically weekly, and given counseling and medications to adjust you to the needs of the state.
The 1% and their lackeys seem to be afraid that there is something so bad about learning about our relationship to NHI that we will turn on them for their crimes… so they must surveill and intervene.
I’ve asked the question earlier, “what would be so bad that we couldn’t handle it?” My answer was, not very much. We see unpunished genocide in 4k every day. We hear about the Epstein Class’ deviltry, from satan worship to harvesting psychoactive blood fractions from tortured children and eating babies. We know our government cooperates, covers up and uses our tax money for these abominations.

I must say that the things you’re talking about in The proposal of creating the narrative and then monitoring and keeping track of our responses to it is something I think started a few years back as I’ve been talking about here Non-Stop. If anything it should make the point that some of us have been making that this is all been very controlled. And by the way since there’s no fossil fuel moving through the Middle East in the next year at least and already in the past 6 months basically and I’m not just talking the straight of Hormuz of course there’s other choke points that are happening as we speak……. And the US and others are pretty darn freaked out which we are heading into a Time unlike anything we’ve known like it or not folks anyway I have to say that if there was some brand new energy source that was going to make fossil fuels irrelevant I don’t know why there’s so much activity going on right now in the Gulf. And certainly if the US has anything from another civilization let’s say there’s no way in hell they’re going to make that public for the world to see I think if anything it’s being done for reasons that are unbeknownst to me that have to do a geopolitics that’s my belief anyway but nobody needs to believe me. I don’t think the government of the United States gives one damn bit about whether I read a know the truth about the universe. Donald Trump has recently said, “The war will be over by the midterm elections.” While 99.9% of what he has said about the Iran war so far has been little more than crazy off-the-cuff horseshit, I’ve got a spooky feeling about this statement.
We are hearing increased chatter (if that’s possible) about Trump making the disclosure statement, and it might be politically expedient to do it just before the election… especially if you also unveil a new “non-nuclear” recovered-UFO-derived tech weapons technology, that Trump then uses on Iran to decisively end the war. The “non-nuclear” part will make everything OK and acceptable, regardless of the destruction and loss of life, which could be incredible. Nothing would please oligarchs more than a country with just enough subjugated people left alive to clean up the mess and run the resource extraction machines.
Winning the war with UFO weapons would also deliver the message of “We are in charge, we’ll let you know what you need to know, which is not much. Trust us to keep doing the right thing with recovered UFO tech, like continuing to kill our enemies and take their resources. Donald Trump’s handling of the UFO issue makes us strong. Don’t ask questions, enemies are listening!”
In April, 2025, Michael Kratsios, at the direction of Trump made the following speech.

This speech, which can be read in a few minutes, has this in it:
“Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space. They leave distance annihilated.”
Most of the rest of the speech is just rah-rah and “we’re going to take away all those nasty regulations and pour a trillion taxpayer debt dollars into stupid ideas to make our friends even more obscenely rich than they are now.”
Trump might-could leave out the UFO disclosure entirely and attribute the tech to some Earthly company that the Trump Crime Family & Friends have wisely invested in at the right moment.
This is high-energy speculation to be sure, but seems possible in our topsy-turvy world.

I read the speech. My take is more that Kratsios is using ultra-grand language about technological progress. Not sure I see evidence there of recovered UFO weaponry. However — i do agree with your concern about disclosure being used to reinforce secrecy and government power. Yes. I could see Trump potentially acknowledging the reality of UFOs and still leave us in the dark about everything that matters. One thing I would change though is I am pretty sure Trump said the war would end immediately *after* the midterms, which changes the timing of the scenario you’re suggesting. Did I miss something? Did he say before? I only heard he said right after. Anyway, thanks for this.
I heard him say that it would end after the midterms as well. That made me figure he’s going to go nuclear right away or use some other kind of technology as AG suggested. And I just thought of those two things off the top of my head with that all the other pieces of information that the two of you have been writing about.
