THE PHENOMENON, NOT DISCLOSURE. | RD FCP Feb. 1, 2026

Hi Everyone,

I did something new here, and hope to do this whenever I have a long video. I have FINALLY used GPT to take my text (with timestamps) and break it down into sections with the timestamp, in order for you to get a decent idea of just what it is I am talking about. This is something we have all seen on Youtube for quite some time, and there’s really no reason I shouldn’t do the same. So the result is what you see below, but also which is in the description box of the video if you view it on Youtube, in which case it has hyperlinks to the section in question. It should make things much easier for those who want to be able to navigate within the video. I should just add that I can’t vouch for the perfect accuracy of the timestamps. I *think* they look right, but there may be some mistakes. Overall, I think it looks pretty accurate.

This video is basically me trying to step back from headline-driven UFO discourse. Instead, I wanted to focus on the phenomenon itself — philosophically speaking — and discuss the importance of understanding its long-term patterns, historical depth, and why our current moment may be especially significant. Not about chasing disclosure politics or personalities. Instead, emphasizing maturity, perspective, and staying anchored to what the phenomenon has been doing all along. That’s my theme for today.

I also want to thank the participants in yesterday’s AMA (Ask Me Anything) session again. We went for more than four hours last night. It was one of the best evenings Tracey and I have had in a while. Just wonderful. Thank you! You were all truly fantastic.

I’ll be back soon. Please enjoy this video. And thank you for your support here on this site, and for your contribution to this community. I believe this place is special. We have something unique here.
