AARO Report and National Security State Deceptions | Richard Dolan Show

By | March 12, 2024

Hi Everyone,

I have a new video for tonight’s Richard Dolan Show. It grew out of my Fireside Chat Podcast from Sunday and has a bit more meat on the bones. Here is my description:

Richard Dolan critically examines the recent report issued by the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). He delves into the historical overview of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), also known as UFOs, and questions the transparency and honesty of the ruling establishment. He scrutinizes the report’s claims, its lack of substantial evidence, and its misrepresentation of historical studies. Dolan also discusses intriguing developments such as the metamaterial artifact and the testimonies of insiders about crash retrievals. This episode is a must-watch for anyone interested in the truth behind UAPs and the ongoing battle within the national security establishment.

You can read the AARO Report here.

I think this is a useful addition to the conversation, focusing on several gross historical inaccuracies and misrepresentations in the report. I hope you find it useful.

It seems like aaro just published their conclusions without supplying the data to show how they reached those conclusions. Doesn’t seem very scientific….and using a verb in the passive voice is a well worn tactic to avoid being specific. Its use is highly frowned upon in scientific literature

That report is like a mobsters police statement.
They are saying everything but telling us nothing. The specificity of using the word “Extraterrestrial” kinda raised my Hackles.
    It’s like a kid defending against his mothers accusation, “I didn’t take A COOKIE…”
Is it technically TRUE if he took 3 cookies?

Sure the Airforce doesn’t have any craft made by ALIENS FROM OUTSIDE PLANET EARTH. It doesn’t address ANY other possibilities. None of us really know where these come from. The ET theory is just the easiest to wrap our heads around. There is more to be said, historically, for the case they are Angel’s, Demons, from middle earth etc. But, they have no proof its “Aliens”.
It just gives off the impression of semantics for semantics sake.🥱
Sure…I’m always up for some antics but please…from the Air Force and about this topic, no thank you. I’ve seen this movie.

Very good presentation!! Early on, I issued a comment here comparing Kirkpatrick and ARRO to Quintanilla and Project Bluebook. I don’t think I understated the correctness of that opinion – though I have missed the boat occasionally with some of my postings.

As far as metamaterials are concerned, Richard Doty stated that when he worked for Hal Puthoff, he was able to find a ninety-year-old (+) surviving metallurgist that worked on the Roswell debris back in the day. That person had spirited away and kept a sample of the shape-shifting material (as I remember) from the crashed craft. Doty got it and turned it over to Puthoff. Nothing has ever been revealed about that particular sample. You might want to check in with either or both parties to find out what happened to that material.

There is an interesting thing about terahertz frequency waves. For years, no one has been about to broadcast in them leading to a “terahertz gap” between light and radio waves. For more information see the following link: https://www.popsci.com/science/terahertz-waves-future-technologies/ And no, it is not from Wikipedia. Based on recent events, that source is dead to me.

    A consideration for you:

Is Dr Kirkpatrick lying when he says the meta materials are not extraterrestrial?

He never said they were made by another nation let alone humans but did say terrestrial origin.

There are other sentient species already here not to mention no reference to inter dimensional

Appreciate what you’ve done – this is a substantive rebuttal to the AARO report. Don’t know how you manage to remain on top of so many facts as related to the UFO phenomenon. I only wish that the populace would pay attention to your body of work. So unfair that all you’ve accomplished in your research and writing remains largely unacknowledged by the mainstream media. We live amidst a generalized false sense of reality. Thank goodness there are a few beacons of light in the darkness.

    Thanks, Richard!

    Richard and Friends,
The “Deep State Military Industrial Intelligence Complex” long ago ceased caring if the public believed their narratives or not.
They no longer make any attempt at “Plausible Deniablilty”.
So, what does this mean to the future of the UFO Phenomenon transparency given the forces araided against disclosure?
As Richard has shared many times, the UFO Phenomenon isn’t simply “A Conspiracy Theroy”, it is the Holy Grail of conspiracy theories.
Even the Kennedy Assassination pales in comparison to the UFO Phenomenon.
If the reality of the Kennedy Assassination became public knowledge Congress may be moved to form another “Church Commission Hearing” that resulted in some musical chairs at the CIA and some new legislation.
Everyone involved in the Kennedy Assassination is long dead, so no perp walks would be realized.
Though the UFO Phenomenon revolation would, and will, change the very fabric of global reality.
Not since Copernicus and Galilleo has humanity stood at the presuface of such a radical paradyme shift.
So, when and how will this come about?
For that answer I will quote Hemingway.
In his book “For whom the Bell Tolls” Hemingway asks his friend how he became bankrupt?
His friend told him “Slow at first. Then all at once.”
This fight for disclosure has labored on just below the surface from public scrutiniy for much longer than you would guess.
Just as the hunt for Bin Ladin ended suddenly and unexpectedly to the public in a single “Breaking News Address” by the President. Only a handful of people in DC even had a hint at what had been in play for nearly 6 months in the run up to the final showdown.
Last Summer Al Quida 2nd in Command Ayman Al-Zawahiri, believing himself safe and forgotten, received an unexpected “Door Dash” delivery of a “Human Frappuccino Machine” on his balcony instead of his usual cup of “Earl Grey”.
No one expected or saw that coming.
Yes, “Slow at first. Then all at once.”
A word of encouragement to all those out there anxious for progress. Who want Whistle-blowers to fly Lazar’s “Sport Model” out of S4 for mainstream media, and feel jaded about promises of progress and proof…”They serve also, who sit and wait.”

It’s obvious AARO put no real effort into this joke of a report. I am curious as too what witnesses they claimed they interviewed that denied the existence of uap crash retrieval programs. AARO stated that they found no evidence of non- human intelligence here because they didn’t bother to actually look. They say no evidence,so what about the 1980 Rendlesham incident that multiple United States military officers witness? there is even a recording from the commanding officers in real time of what they were witnessing. Why didn’t AARO talk to those men ? They didn’t talk to them or other military
officers who have encountered these crafts because they didn’t want to dig deeper and see there is something/someone other than humans that is here. AARO didn’t did deeper because the Pentagon is running the show.
Dr. Kirkpatrick is a fall guy . The Pentagon is making Dr. Kirkpatrick look like an idiot, and AARO useless. Anyway Great lecture Richard, I like have you broke the report down and counteracted a lot what the report said against past testimony and statements from top level military officers. The flying pancake had me laughing 😂.If Kirkpatrick had to debate you on this phenomenon you would eat him alive.

Hi Richard, and i will change my name to itsmeritathepainintheneck. LOL. But i am doing a re post of my reply from your previous podcast. It is from the published report.

I found out that a couple of others in the forum knew about Kona Blue. I have no memory of that being discussed at all in the past five years. At least not in anything i had read or heard in general. Can you just tell me if you have talked about this because i obviously missed out on that? 🙂 I don’t know how this wasn’t a big headline, because i think it is a missing link here. And then TTSA comes upon the scene? I have a few new theories now that i have a major puzzle piece. If i am way off base here, i would really, really like to know.

    Thank you!

“AARO assesses that all of the named and described alleged hidden UAP reverse-engineering programs provided by interviewees either do not exist; are misidentified authentic, highly sensitive national security programs that are not related to extraterrestrial technology exploitation; or resolve to an unwarranted and disestablished program,” the report states.

The “unwarranted and disestablished program” being referenced was a proposal for a UAP reverse-engineering program called “Kona Blue” that was made to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sometime in the 2010s. This “Prospective Special Access Program” (PSAP) was reportedly proposed to DHS by the “supporters” of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AAWSAP) and Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) after those endeavors concluded in 2012. Although the report says that the proposal gained enough “initial traction at DHS” to warrant making it a PSAP, the project “was eventually rejected by DHS leadership for lacking merit.”

“It is critical to note that no extraterrestrial craft or bodies were ever collected—this material was only assumed to exist by KONA BLUE advocates and its anticipated contract Performers,” according to the report.”

It’s so shady. Susan Gough hand picked certain journalists I mean it all stinks so bad. However those articles in the Washington post or New York Times is a message to congress to drop the ufo matter. It also suggests no matter your credentials if you take ufos seriously you’re not credible. However it’s so flawed and easily proved wrong. This is why they don’t invite news nation. The question can congress get to the bottom of this what about the senate? They know but are much quieter. Coulhart said he went to the hill and some senators thanked him. Senators not known. Richard let’s go back to 1997. Wilson. Remember how calm the gate keepers were when he said I’ll go to Washington and complain. How do you think the gate keepers feel now? Are they nervous? Or are there power still so huge that if you’re going to go after them you better be clean or you’ll be exposed. Apparently Tim
Burchett got Swatted. Corbell and Knapp said that last week on weaponized. What the hell was that about? I’d like to know… also Gallagher is resigning from congress and I wonder…

Sorry, one more for ya. This is what happens when i listen instead of reading it. 🙂 How is limited disclosure different from a limited hangout?

“According to Victor Marchetti, a former special assistant to the Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), a limited hangout is “spy jargon for a favorite and frequently used gimmick of the clandestine professionals. When their veil of secrecy is shredded and they can no longer rely on a phony cover story to misinform the public, they resort to admitting—sometimes even volunteering—some of the truth while still managing to withhold the key and damaging facts in the case. The public, however, is usually so intrigued by the new information that it never thinks to pursue the matter further.”[1][2] While used by the CIA and other intelligence organizations, the tactic has become popularized in the corporate and political spheres.[3]”

Also, oh, i am listening so i keep having comments. I will keep them separate. Thanks Richard!

  11. itsmeRitaC

OK. Another comment/question. Regarding the national security state which you have said, and i agree, we can’t trust as we know…………….How do the big players on the inside fit in then? It seems that there are a majority who are part of that state who are also the ‘truth givers’ of ufo information. So there are some good guys that were involved in the ‘war on terror’? I finally looked Mellon up. Even more relevant than i had thought.

Sorry, but i am just listening and these ideas are just reinforced as they have been with me for six years already and i have no reason to think otherwise.

I am looking at his political career here. 🙂

I am friends and fans of both of these men. I’ve known Danny for much longer, but respect them both. In this discussion, Danny alleges a constitutional crisis in the U.S. over the handling of UAP/UFO. He stated something I have heard many times from him: that during the late 1970s, he was able to get access to classified Project Blue Book files which contained photographic evidence of a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle being retrieved by government officials. In his interview with Ross, Danny states that he provided this information to Sean Kirkpatrick of AARO. He stated that Kirkpatrick lied in his report to Congress, stating that no direct firsthand evidence of a retrieval program was provided. In Danny’s view, this represents a constitutional crisis, as it undermines the separation of powers and the control of Congress over the U.S. government. Is this a genuine Constitutional crisis? Well, there are so many of them that this one will have to take a number, but yes I agree with him.

Richard – Thanks for another fine historical retrospective in the face of another insulting, deceptive government report. They might be able to fool some of us, but do they really think that those of us who have been studying UFOs for decades are going to buy their B.S.?! The Pentagon’s “detachment from reality” is an understatement! Kirkpatrick is just one more mouthpiece (in a long line) who is either incredibly naive, ignorant, or simply willing to perpetuate lies to save his pension. Perhaps he’s just “doing his job”, but I keep hoping that someday our government employees/institutions will remember that their actual job is to “serve the American people”!

My Dad, who is 87 now, is an engineer who spent his career working in automotive and aerospace. He gave me Chariots of the Gods when I was a teenager (I’m 65 now and also an engineer). We’ve spent a lifetime discussing reverse engineering projects, the military-industrial complex, terrestrial vs. off-world phenomenon, and whether disclosure will happen in his (or my) lifetime. Our conclusion is – probably NOT – especially when AARO seems to be following 80+ years of government precedent/coverups. It’s incredibly frustrating.

I’m very grateful for your persistence in speaking the truth, and excellent podcasts. If I really am crazy, at least I’m in good company!
