Richard interviews Lance Mungia, director of Third Eye Spies, the new documentary on remote viewing featuring Russell Targ and many other luminaries of the remote viewing field such as Hal Puthoff, Ingo Swann, Joe McMoneagle, Pat Price, Hella Hammid, and others. Lance has much to say about not only the reality of remote viewing, but its implications for humanity as a whole, and how it is significant in relation to the UFO phenomenon. Hi Richard & Tracey…with regards to the remote viewers being able to see into the future…this idea ties in with some of the concepts in the Seth Material regarding the ‘spacious present’. I believe (correct me if I’m wrong) that Tracey once said she had read some of the Seth Material, and I’m interested in her thoughts on this, especially with her background in Remote Viewing.
The main concept in the Seth Material is that we create our own reality, and outside of physical reality, everything exists at once in what Seth terms as a ‘Spacious Present’. All past, present, and future experience already exists, and we have access to all that information all the time, but access is based on our beliefs, and our ability to exercise our consciousness to experience this reality through our ‘Inner Senses’. All experience is created by us from an infinite stream of probabilities that can be changed any time by being aware of our beliefs and emotions.
(For anyone not aware of the Seth Material…Seth was an entity who spoke through a medium called Jane Roberts from the early 60’s until her death in 1985. Seth dictated in first draft at least 11 books on the Nature of Reality, the Nature of the Psyche, The Individual and the Nature of Mass Events, among others. A fascinating body of work that all currently resides in Yale University.)
For whatever you think about where the information comes from, it has to be said that the information in these books is incredible. There are exercises we can use as humans to expand our consciousness, and become aware of these other realities. I agree with Lance that any expansion of consciousness (remote viewing included) is always a subjective experience, so its hard to measure scientifically, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Gravity exists whether you believe in it or not.
My main comment regarding remote viewing and future viewing is, when you take into account the potential that all things exist at one time outside of this physical reality, it would seem like a completely natural event. When we calm our mind from all the usual noise, we can easily connect to this stream of information and experience the data that exists there. I think belief definitely has something to do with it too. Again, to agree with something Lance said about avoiding disasters…sometimes becoming aware of a problem magnifies it, and that can cause a problem. But having the knowledge of potential and probability, a problem can be averted by directing the consciousness and inserting a new belief that goes in a different direction.
Its a big subject that can’t really be proven unless through subjective experience, but I would advise people to check out the material and make up their own mind. Its certainly a fascinating subject for sure, and the evidence is there. Personally I believe its not only possible, but definitely a natural part of our heritage as physical beings.
Keep up the awesome work, and I’d love to hear your thoughts.
