Hi Everyone. I have included an audio version of this article for those of you who prefer to listen along.
Also, I am going to post a link to a very important and extended piece of analysis by our fellow site member, Franc Milburn. That too is worth our attention, so stay tuned for that.
——-
A major new story was published today by journalist Tim McMillan on The Debrief. This has been very much anticipated by the UFO community, since the word had been leaking fast for the past few weeks. I must say, this is a stronger news piece than I was expecting. Although I have personally taken issue with a few things Mr. McMillan has stated in the past, most notably a skepticism over the Eric Davis-Thomas Wilson notes, this article is a genuine contribution to our knowledge of UFO/UAP and the U.S. military’s ongoing engagement with these objects.
In addition to linking to the McMillan piece, which I encourage everyone interested to read thoroughly (and multiple times), there is a very good follow-up commentary analysis by Tom Rogan in the Washington Examiner that is also must-reading.
Since this is breaking, I am doubtful of my ability to provide a comprehensive overview of what’s new, but I will try.
First, the rumors of a outstanding photograph taken by the U.S. Air Force of a triangular UFO exiting the ocean have apparently turned out to be true. I say “apparently” only because the photograph itself is still not released, but there is much more to confirm all this than I thought might be the case. The event is said to have taken place in 2019 off the U.S. Atlantic coast. According to Tom Rogan’s piece:
“The photograph was taken by a F/A-18F fighter jet operating off the U.S. East Coast. According to the report, the Triangle UFO rose out of the Atlantic Ocean and rapidly accelerated out of sight on a vertical axis. I believe, but have been unable to confirm, that the aircrew responsible for the photo were operating off either the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower or the USS John C. Stennis.”
More information coming from interviews and research by McMillan seems to confirm that the U.S. Navy does indeed track undersea objects that have been tracked at the unbelievable speeds of hundreds of knots per hour. Keep in mind we are talking about the ocean—such speeds are not even remotely approachable by our best undersea technology.
The bulk of this new information comes from the recently announced UAP Task Force,” operated out of the Office of Naval Intelligence. It’s from a 2020 report from this Task Force from which we are getting such bombshell information. This report apparently has been shared widely within certain circles of the intelligence community, and is the report that contains the photograph of the triangular UFO exiting the ocean.
McMillan’s piece also references Hal Puthoff, who confirmed that:
“… he was one of a handful of persons who conducted the October briefings. “I have been invited to brief congressional staffers on the Senate Armed Services Committee on UAP matters in the last couple of years,” Puthoff said in an email, “and have done so on more than one occasion.” Dr. Puthoff described the staffers during these meetings as being “engaged,” and provided “positive responses, [and] more details always being requested.”
He describes the Navy’s extreme reluctance to discuss the entire subject of underwater UAP or USOs, if for no other reason than that doing so could expose critical elements of its acoustic sonar detection program that blankets the Earth’s oceans.
But fundamentally, it is obvious that no one has any conventional explanation for how these objects can exist, much less operate as they do. McMillan quotes Steven Zaloga, co-author of the annual World Military Unmanned Aerial Systems Market Profile & Forecast and senior defense analyst for the Teal Group in Virginia, about development of “transmedium” vehicles or systems. That is, vehicles that can operate within bodies of water as well as the atmosphere. Zaloga had no knowledge of any technologies that are even close to being capable of transitioning between air and submersible travel. “I have no idea what-so-ever on objects able to cross the air/water barrier,” Zaloga wrote to McMillan. It’s the same with the active military and intelligence officials concerned with this. They can’t explain it.
An interesting piece of information that came out of this is the apparent existence of an office known as the National Underwater Reconnaissance Office (NURO). The name of course is very reminiscent of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), the ultra-secret group that manages all spy satellites and undoubtedly contains a treasure-trove of space-based UFO data. McMillan wrote about the NURO in connection with retired intelligence chief, Navy Admiral Bobby Ray Inman, who “acknowledged that he served as director for the National Underwater Reconnaissance Office (NURO) decades ago.” Even so, writes McMilllan, the U.S. government continues to deny that the NURO exists.
Of course, there would be myriad logical connections of the NURO with these USOs. McMillan spoke to three officials who said the 2020 UAP Task Force “appears to be concerned that the objects being termed as UAP may be originating from within the world’s oceans.”
In my view, the key element in this important piece is how everyone continues to dance around the critical question of, who is behind these objects? It’s obvious that no one wants to say, although we are creeping closer and closer. It appears that the 2020 report does open the possibility that these things are not from our civilization.
First, there are several statements that make it clear that high officials are skeptical that these objects are black budget or experimental technologies, either by the United States or any other nation.
One person who spoke on this was retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier General Bruce McClintock, a man with a very impressive career in the Air Force. In an interview with McMillan, he dismissed the idea that U.S. military encounters with UFOs or UAP could be related to any form of classified testing.
“It is unlikely that the U.S. government would intentionally conduct tests against its own unwitting military assets …. To do so would require a very high level of coordination and approval for the potential safety and operational security risks.”
Of course, that is obvious and anyone who has looked into the long history of these types of military encounters with UFOs knows this very well. McMillan cited some other experts who speculated that the extreme aerial maneuvers of these objects are a form of electronic warfare, but even they had no explanation for visual sightings of these objects.
Finally, at one point, the article broaches the question of whether these objects are alien.
“According to those willing to discuss the [UAP Task Force] document, the report’s most disconcerting aspect was one of the potential explanations for what UAP could represent. Sources say a “list” of possible prosaic explanations for these mysterious airborne encounters was provided. However, the report expressly stated that the potential for UAP to be “alien” or “non-human” technology was of legitimate consideration.”
So we have more confirmation that not only does the U.S. military take UFOs very seriously, and not only do they not have a reasonable conventional explanation for them, but that they are considering the potential that they are alien in some form or another.
The photograph itself has not been released, but it is very likely to be leaked. That is from one of my sources, who I will simply say is in an ideal position to know. So we can probably expect that some time in the near future. Meanwhile, you can look at that nice artists recreation.
This is an important article, and McMillan deserves our thanks for publishing it. Even so, it’s clear the dance continues. No one wants to state the obvious. It’s very likely that the only thing that will move this forward—really forward—is an acknowledgment of the possession of retrieved UFOs, or parts of UFOs at the least. It’s not hard to see why there would be such resistance to this. After all, it is a genuinely explosive thing to reveal. It would also make a mockery of all the claims of “we don’t know what these things are,” that we hear constantly from within official sources, as well as the journalists that cover them.
Because if some group or groups do have possession of crashed UFOs and UFO technology, as so many researchers including myself strongly believe, I don’t see how it’s possible any longer to admit that there has been a massive coverup going on for generations.
Below is an image included in McMillan’s article, which is an artists recreation of the triangle photo that was taken. I have no idea if this is based on the actual photo or not.
Artist’s recreation of the image as described in the UAPTF Intelligence Report issued in 2020 (Image by Dave Beaty of The Nimitz Encounters, 2020)
I must ask, ‘Actually Theirs? Or ours, conveniently timed, to fit a scheduled narrative?
Thank you, Holly. i am not completely alone here. Carol Rosin has it right! I am watching it unfold in real time, right here. I am expecting that photo to show up when it will have the biggest emotional impact on us humanoids. And i am predicting that the emotional effect will be…………………………..*Fear*. It may even be magnitudes greater than those really scary ‘terrorists’ that hate us for our freedoms.
Regarding trans medium travel, the UFO that I watched in 2013 and 2014 changed its physical state in order to go from slow-speed to fast-speed. Obviously, this would work in air, water, or a vacuum. The best explanation of what I actually witnessed is given in the book, “Solving the UFO Enigma: How Modern Physics is Revealing the Technology of UFOs,” by Robert L. Schroeder.
Wow! I’m looking forward to reading this article.
I just got your new book in the mail yesterday, “The Alien Agendas” and I’m on page 46.
Great reading!
I have done 18 hours of video with Vancouver abductee Jeff and the grays tell him their agenda is to get humanity to join a federation of planets. They want to slowly improve our genetics and spiritual and telepathic capacity so we will be able to join.
Brian Ruhe
Maybe they could improve our Fashion and help spruce up the place – especially the dodgy bits around Africa; I mean, if we’re going to have Company and all…
Interesting take 😂
WOW! Gotta see the picture now!!
Hmmm, didn’t the Navy’s UAP technology patent applications a couple of years ago specify that it was also trans medium (water, atmosphere, space travel) capable?
Yes. It’s in the opening paragraph from the article on The Drive:
Interesting to note. And less than surprising, although i don’t keep tabs on the military hardware side of things as far as the actual technology. But this speaks volumes. And i soooo dig better and better ways to destroy planets and stuff!!! These naval guys are my heroes!
I know they are to many in the ufo arena.
To bad he can’t see it until March 31st 2021.

I am aware of this. Franc has had his issues, on several occasions with me as well. It doesn’t change the importance of this analysis.
Absolutely 💯 agree. It’s just a shame that with his contributions and history, and the 🔥hot conversations taking place in the forum that he is banished for this long. In my opinion, it seems to me excessive considering what is being gotten away with rd forum in these stressful times.
But does that excuse the other “spirited exchanges because of the timing?

Milburne’s report blew my mind a couple days ago. McMilllan’s article was almost anticlimactic at first, until I read it again.
I REALLY want to know if Eric Davis is at all willing to say whether he’s seen these retrieved craft in person.
In the mid 1980s, a close friend of mine, an Electrical & Computer Engineer, was a Program Manager for a high tech defense contractor in Central Florida that was developing battlefield management data fusion systems. He was told by a potential Navy customer of unidentified *supersonic* underwater targets they were encountering, that were well beyond the capabilities of our Earthly adversaries at the time. It was in the context of, “How would your system integrate this type of anomalous Sonar data?”. So, yes, this is certainly a “real thing”, and the U.S. Navy’s cognizance of it pre-dates the Nimitz ‘TicTac’ encounter by at least 20 years.
Yes, no question about that. They have been dealing with this since forever. The biggest frustration perhaps for me in all this news we currently have on UAP is how this apparently is a brand new phenomenon, with no sense of a long history.
Richard, seen a pic of a triangular craft existing the water. So I’m guessing
the pic will be the same one I saw earlier in the year. I read your ebook and
it is so easy as the 28″ monitor makes reading a breeze, so it took 24 from
start to finish. I was satisfied you gave me a look back at where we could
have originated. I have to agree with the hypothesis that since our technology
has brought us to this edge of transformation or transhumanism as you put
it we have drawn the attention of our neighbors in the cosmos, some benign
some malevolent. I was a little frustrated you barely mentioned the tall whites
as they seem to be rather benign so far. I was hoping others had interaction
with these off planet visitors. I personally don’t regard some grays as friendly’s
and would be wary of any interaction if presented, as abductions are kidnapping
not to mention the killing of livestock and blood removal as I consider dissections
a distraction. Whole portions of our society are being mislead and manipulated
and for some the means justify their ends as committing treason against their
country. Richard the well of info that they drink from is so poisoned that they
believe it to be truth, and their collaborators in Silicon Valley are violating the
constitution as you know censoring those they don’t agree with. Our country is
entering into the NWO were like China we will be monitored and punished for
violating their thought rules, China wins and no one cares because the plutocrats
who run the media and social messaging will sell us out to make a few more
bucks with China. My wife and I are empty nesters and couldn’t get anyone
to travel(Covid fear) for Thanksgiving. But a belated Happy Thanksgiving to you
and yours, because in the end family is what matters…………..God Bless
If the Aliens can erase and manipulate Human memory in most individuals, how can we assume that they do so only limited to Abductees harvested for germplasm? Is it not possible that people *inside* our military, and the NSS generally, may have their memories “edited” in like manner, as well, to suit the Alien Agenda? The result of such diligent efforts on their part would be that “Everything Old is New Again”…Which is exactly what you’ve just described.
Hang in there Richard they will never forget the History. This is just getting the publics foot in the door. Baby steps, it will be tied to history but for now its a reboot sans history.
Richard,
I know this is somewhat off-topic – but what connection, if any, do you see between animal mutilations and David Paulides research on missing people? He never makes that connection – but if his research is pointing to an ET answer, wouldn’t this be an important connection? I would like hear what you and other people think about this. I have never heard you talk about this subject. L
Hi Lara, yes indeed I have wondered about this, no question. I think David’s work is important because (a) it’s unique and (b) provides a genuine tie-in with the UFO phenomenon. Now, I have read four or five of his books, and in no case does he ever mention a UFO sightings, with one exception, and that is the 2002 Todd Sees case, a brutal mutilation of a man who went missing and was later found (after a massive police manhunt) just a short distance from his home. He was horribly mutilated. There is a definite UFO connection to that case, and David does discuss this. But that’s the only one, to my knowledge. There is something very important about all this, and thank goodness we have him and his work. It’s irreplaceable.
Hi fellow RDMers
does any one have a like to these articles. the debrief wont load for me.
thanks guys
Chris

I think this can mean only one thing. The U.S. must nuke the North Atlantic Ocean! Get those super sonic subs into action. Or. Stick nukes on the whales. Oh wait. I believe that the beloved u.s. navy got on that a while back. I love Naval Intelligence!
Its getting really difficult for someone like me, here.
Hi Rita. The thing is, I try write what I do without moral statements one way or the other. As I am sure you have seen by now, I really don’t like to do that.
Richard, i understand of course. But actually, that is a whole conversation in itself. Me being me, i am always going to feel compelled to point certain things out, in general, and when i read it here.
But from my own point of view, if most all of the ‘official information and ‘news” is coming from the military and contractors and intel agencies, that actually does have some serious moral implications. We are not talking about neutral organizations who are without agendas. I am aware that there may be large numbers of people out there who are highly interested in this subject and believe these institutions to be trust worthy.
And i am honestly not attempting to be argumentative here. Believe me. However, just the almost one sided reporting on this subject becomes a moral issue. It would be like accepting all the ‘news’ that was given regarding the invasion of Iraq coming from intel and the military, etc. Yes, you could find that on most news sites, but by reporting what was being fed to them, those news organizations were not being ‘objective’. It was actually propaganda.
And the fact that the entire uap situation is all ‘officially’ a military situation………………What does this imply? I can see it happen, the latest quantum leap in fear mongering that will make nine eleven look like child’s play.
I do believe what Von Braun said. It rings true to me and it appears i am watching it in real time. That doesn’t mean i don’t believe that there are and have always been ‘real’ phenomena. I have always found it intuitively obvious.
I am not at all pleased to find so many are obsessed with what i call ‘Independence Day’ realities. I find it very disheartening to see this. It is a neocon mentality taken to a whole new level.
Again, i do respect you on several levels, Richard. That is why i am taking the time to make these comments.
Rita
Thank you Rita, and I truly appreciate your responses as well.
Others have probably provided the follow up story from Tim McMillan, but here’s a leaked photo of the 2018 UFO (not the 2019 triangle) if you haven’t seen it

Dude!
We don’t expect omnicognizance.
We DO expect your best, crassly as paying customers, and perhaps in a bit more refined fashion– fellow travelers.
You are my go-to guy,… refined, or raw gut spew. Do it, dude, and know it passes on.
Hahaha. Okay, point taken!
Saw one of these in 2008 in Mexico (I live in Minnesota). Changed my life and now I’m wandering the rabbit whole with the rest of you. So far out of my family’s paradigm they just can’t relate and occasionally tease me about it. So I just don’t discuss even though I know they are real. So wish I could talk to others who know what I do.
Hi everyone, new to the site and first post here. I think that it’s fair to say that the follow up photo of what appears to be a balloon (more analysis required on that one) has left a sense of disappointment. This shouldn’t, I feel detract from the content of the original article. It’s becoming increasingly clear, in my opinion, that there is a presence here on earth that is established under the oceans. Sincerely hope that the second photograph of the black triangle is released ( intrigued that an episode of Unidentified focussed just on black triangles now…?) and that it can gain significant media coverage. Reading this morning the message from Christopher Mellon to James Fox that the UAPTF may not currently be as large as we’d hoped – just thinking back to one of Richards recent videos speculating on the short to medium term and how we may not make much significant progress in the disclosure process.
Welcome Andrew! Nice to have you here. Yes that object does have a resemblance to a balloon, for sure. My understanding is that at least in the pilot’s opinion it wasn’t such an object, but do we really know for sure? At least at this point?
I just checked out a photo someone here posted from one of the many sources i have never seen before, ‘Debrief’, i believe. It really looks lame to me. I have seen better ‘ufo’ photos that have been published over the past seventy years. I personally do not believe that anything truly monumental in appearance will be shown to the masses via the military. And this is an example as far as i can see.
Richard, on Sat 12/5 I followed a news story on OANN (one america news network) concerning the incidents you described with “leaked” photos. I’m completely unsure of the origin of the pictures, however they did note the Pentegon’s awareness and concerns.
Obviously, another weather balloon.
When will someone say it, someone is living under the ocean and they are far advanced of us? They have been here a very long time and I believe they are a separate society either bigger or alien, but they are here. Just say it
