Are Aliens Totalitarian? | The Richard Dolan Show

By | May 10, 2022

PREMIERS AT 8 P.M. EDT

Hi Everyone,

This YouTube video has similar themes to what I discussed in my most recent Fireside Chat Podcast, but has been substantially re-written and with different emphases in a number of places. The description of the talk is below:

Our world has seen an upsurge in discussion about UAP (once known as UFOs). But there has hardly been any conversation about who or what the intelligences behind the phenomenon might be. One important matter to consider is whether alien species, whether “out there” or right here, believe in concepts like individual freedom — or not. Richard Dolan speculates about this. He also suggests that our notion of “progress” may be clouding our judgement. Freedom may not always go hand in hand with advanced science and technology.

I hope to see you there!

Richard

Have just started listening to this… but wanted to throw in a comment or two about some of your previous stuff..

Let me get this out of the way… I think you are unique among researchers and your perspectives on the UFO enigma are not only always refreshing but often plunge into the deeps of the enigma in a way that often others do not. Just fantastic work… thanks for everything you do!!

I have great appreciation for everything you have done are doing etc. To be honest Tracy too… I would definitely like to hear more from her and especially her own experience.

So I was rereading Agendas and finally got to the back and had started looking thru the footnotes and discovered these Exo Studies links…. to make a long story short I have been listening to a lot of the Aliens & Artists podcasts by Stuart Davis… incredibly fascinating!

So he does an interview with Chris Obrien… Stalking the Herd … about cattle mutilation is his work… and is THE text about the phenomena… but he mentions a meeting he – Chris – was part of along with Jacques Vallee… and asking Vallee about the Tic Tac and Nimitz… event… and Jacque’s unusual response was to roll his eyes and shrug his shoulders with Chris exclaiming “What does that mean??!!!?”

Now there is a little more in the interview with Chris re this subject but it was obvious Jacques may have thought… uh that event was not aliens but manipulation and those Tic Tacs were ours… and indeed I found this perspective in more than one place… I wonder now what you think… but let me get back to your podcast in the meantime …thanks.

I don’t believe that any impulse to “change others” or to “change Man” is inherent on the political Right, and certainly not within Capitalism, either as a philosophical construct or in practice. Apart from persuading people to buy a given product, or to change specific consumption patterns relative thereto, Capitalists have no interest in altering the “behavior” of people; there’s just no profit in it. Both Conservatives and Capitalists just want to be left alone by those they find don’t meet their needs. By contrast, today’s political Left, like the Socialist and Communist antecedents everything on the Left derives from (and going back decades, at least) is *entirely* preoccupied with remaking others in their own [often flawed] self-image. Where the conflict arises is that Conservatives/Capitalists do not recognize that those on the Left have any “right” to change the behavior of others, much less to invoke the coercion of the State to accomplish what persuasion they cannot succeed with voluntarily.

I am also not convinced that technological progress and perpetual personal and cognitive liberty are incompatible. It is not a given that the direction and focus of our technological development since WWII were the result of an indigenous organic evolution. In fact, there is significant evidence that it has been spurred in some directions, and drastically curtailed in others, in direct response to the ETUFO presence. Had the CIA not muscled the tech sector in distinct directions, we might very well be still using “flip phones”, but with the Flying Cars having already become commonplace. We could have had Free Energy/Overunity and practical Anti-Gravity technology – entirely homegrown – deployed and commercialized in the 1970s, and from multiple sources of each. But our National Security State, and/or the Aliens themselves, killed and burned and otherwise destroyed enough independent inventors and their work to prevent that from happening. It could have come again in the 1980s, ’90s, or this Century, but for the same interference. Its not the technology that is “toxic”, its the forces, behind the scenes, who are manipulating Mankind to retard some aspects, and accelerate others, in service to an inhuman Agenda. We know that the impending “dronification” of Man, via wearable 5G-BCI, full-duplex neurotech, is less than a decade away, and we know that the course to it was charted in the 1960s, at the highest level, in tandem with the prototyping of the Internet

All of the anguished mystery about how we got into this predicament goes away once you really realize that the Hybrid Infiltration problem is genuine, has been for over a century; that things have been manipulated into this set of circumstances, and that old-fashioned Human Greed in no way accounts for it. We are being Depopulated, and ‘Assimilated’ [BORG-like] to accommodate the ‘Invasive👽Species’ that our Ruling Elites and Deep State *sold us out to* from 1955 on. Its all about delivering the world promised to the Aliens by the venal, self-dealing vermin of Bilderberg, CFR, WEF, etc. This is where the Wokenization comes from; and the Gender Vendors and Transhumanism, and Mass Migration from the global South, and the dumbing down of our schools, among other things. Since WWII, we’ve been “tenderized” for a [nearly bloodless conquest, on “the 100 Year Plan”. Every aspect of it is directly linked to very specific requirements the Aliens have for their future tenancy on our world, or at least the early stages thereof. When considered in the aggregate, all of these elements make perfect sense; in fact it becomes impossible to imagine a comprehensive Alien Colonization strategy for Earth that lacked any of these components.

White Europeans knew slavery before they ever encountered Black Africans; the reverse is also true. The genocide and captivity of conquered populations has been a theme across all Human cultures; indigenous peoples slaughtered – and ate – each other, long before Christian Missionaries arrived from Europe to “show them how its done”. There is no magic pixie dust wafting out of a Warp Engine that will magically absolve Interstellar spacefaring species from the same inclinations that we’ve had. They are *our* ‘Europeans’, arriving with dazzling tools and shiny trinkets, with unstated designs on “our stuff”; advanced but outnumbered and far from home, forced to “live off the land” as much as possible. These Conquistadors are succeeding for the same reason the Spaniards did; the indigenous leaders were too stupid – or greedy – to put a stop to it while they had/have the chance.

In your anti-left diatribe you make the charge that “By contrast, today’s political Left… is *entirely* preoccupied with remaking others in their own [often flawed] self-image.”

I’m not certain whether the strangulated syntax or the notion it’s intended to convey is the more meretricious.

The Left wants to make people more like them?

Hmm, isn’t that kind of the very raison d’etre of…politics or of any sort of campaigning? You make it sound sinister. More gaslighting?

Here though is the *chef’s kiss* of this wonky screed: “Apart from persuading people to buy a given product…Capitalists have no interest in altering the “behavior” of people”.

      Say what?

Capitalists and their money have always been INTIMATELY interested in altering the public’s behaviour – read up on the early years of Madison Avenue. And why else do you think it is that Big Money and the Right have insisted on buying up the mass media, the banks and most of the politicians if not to exert influence on the behaviour of the populace?

Interesting comment for sure. My husband and I frequently discuss elements of your last paragraph.

And hey fella…careful. I still use a flip phone!

Hi PTD. Your reductionist view of infinity makes me feel very sad to be honest. All entitities within infinity are exactly like earth peoples. I guess you aren’t an ‘awe’ filled kind of guy . 😉

To be honest, i have the same response to many in the ufo community. I finally put my finger on one reason why this kind of discussion makes me shake my head and feel i don’t belong in this milieu. If people are not able to feel awe and wonderment except for what billionaires can whip up in a lab……………..Well, i feel sorry for them to be honest. And. Mission accomplished to silicon valleyites.

And, i think if it weren’t for what is considered the so called ‘left’, you would not be able to be married would you? I only know this because you have posted about that. I have never mentioned it before but i doubt you would be if your political cohorts had their way.

      take care,

      Rita

The ‘left’ are a convenient bogeyman and can be traduced with impunity. The outrageous ignorance on the part of PTD is disheartening because his/her takes on the UFO subject are superb.

    4. Bernard Pelletier

PTD, you’re amazingly accurate in your assessment, except that we must ask ‘what about the conservatives and capitalists on the left?’ The former clinging to the status quo for dear life, especially in science, and the latter being Marx, Engels, Smithson, Carnegie, the Castros, the Trudeaus, the Clintons, the Bidens, Soros, Bezos, Zuckerman, Macron, etc., etc. In fact, nowadays, most capitalists are leftists.

And 90% of the left supports totalitarianism and plutocracy thru not only political ‘correctness’ but also its support for the Covid measures and the vaccine mafia, and thru its denial of conspiracies, a denial which, of course, protects organized crime, like the CIA, the NSA, the Covid cult, Big Pharma, banking cartels, pedophilia rings, and human trafficking. In fact, surveys show that Canadians most against the Freedom Convoy are socialists. And the socialist Hollande and the communist Obama gave medals to the obscenely rich Bill Gates, business predator, totalitarian, plutocrat, technocrat, transhumanist, fake philanthropist, and vaccine fanatic.

There is cooperation and collaboration between the extreme left and the extreme right because they have a common enemy–liberalism–and a common goal–totalitarianism. But, of course, most leftists, in their infinite arrogance, hypocrisy, and close-mindedness, believe the left is all good and the right is all bad.

One of the interesting things beyond what I mentioned re Mr. Vallee’s comment that was part of Chris Obriens interview on Aliens and Artists was the fact… i was utterly unaware of… that Chris himself was a so-called experiencer… yet strangely dismissive of his experience…just to say perspectives on aliens even among experiencers are all over the place…

Our meetings with Them are usually under rather tightly controlled situations where whatever freedoms They might really enjoy would at the same time probably be least in evidence.

Yet at the same time there does seem to be a kind of regimentation that would lead one to think they might not even care about freedom… that as an idea it would carry for them little meaning or substance.

Hard to imagine a Gray even having its own time to do… something personal… like read a good book…uh whatever that might translate to in their society… but of course it might not translate at all.

Trying to imagine how alien the aliens might really be brings us to the limits of our own imagination and if the freedoms they have lie in this alien nature we might not be able to comprehend their version of freedom… in other words it may manifest in enjoying an activity lets say so alien we might not even grasp its meaning much less the dimension of freedom enjoyed… by Them when in the midst of that experience…

Richard the W56 entities in Stefano Breccia’s book ‘Mass Contacts’ appeared to be very self-willed, very free – while still acting in a coordinated way. The W56s are also described as being in conflict with an opposing group that was described as being very hierarchical. The expression of free will by the W56 beings was, I recall, described as a central point of contention: i.e. having free will was anathema to the W56’s enemies. The Tall Whites of Charles Hall’s books are described as being deeply hierarchical. Great talk, Cheers, Kevin

Ahhhh yes – the “Friendship” case rears its head! Thank you for referring to it Kevin. Richard knows why. 😁

Hi, just based on what i read here now, i would never ever connect technology with freedom. Unless it means freedom to talk on a phone in the park as opposed to being plugged into a wall? I don’t see why people out there are thinking that the great privilege of texting, for example, makes their spirit soar. Or makes my fellow humans be more open minded. Not in the least. It reminds me of the american cold war definition. We are free because we have more product choices than the Soviet Union. Oh, and our news was the ‘truth’ as opposed to spin. 🙂

    1. Richard Dolan Post author

I’m inclined to agree with you here, but I would just point out that for most of the last hundred years or more technology and freedom have generally been seen as going together. Granted, not always, but I would say more often than not.

      1. itsmeRitaC

Thanks for the response, Richard. Anyway, so i am up to about 12 minutes in now. 🙂 And you may say this later on, but i am thinking that the nazi regime saw themselves as being very much about progress and science and perfecting the human race, etc. They were certainly into science and technology, etc.

I am also thinking that all the ‘positive’ kinds of things you have mentioned so far (i know, only 12 minutes), only applied to western europeans in general. After all, raw materials are still needed today, and how well did people living in Africa, for one tiny example, do with white man’s progress? I said ‘white man’ intentionally btw. 😉 It turned much of the world into “shithole” countries. So. I think one person’s version of ‘progress’ isn’t really *progress*. It has also been constructed in a way that is absolutely not sustainable. In fact, it is self destructive in the not all that long of a run.

Technology doesn’t evolve human consciousness. “No problem can be solved by the same consciousness that created it”. Which makes me think of Elon Musk and twitter, btw. 🙂 I could talk about, once again, the complete lack of balance within our consciousness that has created the not very life affirming civilization we find ourselves within. Just the psychopharmaceutical industry alone speaks volumes. More than half of americans are on psychotropic prescription meds. That speaks for itself. I know we all know this stuff.

Anyway, i am going to listen to more here and no doubt chime in again. 🙂 Or find out that you have already said much of what i just said here.

Richard, thanks for the heads up on next week’s sub committee hearings. OMG. Well, i am tired of being right all the time, i must say. 🙂 “counter terrorism, counterintelligence, non proliferation”. No threat narrative there. Take that, Carol and Werner!!!!!

I am going to be checking CSPAN that day when i get breaks. I am putting it on calendar. I wonder what time they will begin? Oh. I am assuming it will be an open hearing…………………………….

Once again, five minutes in and need to stop now. I have to say that i am smiling to myself though. I personally don’t think i could assume that consciousness that is alien to me as a human being would have the same way of organizing what we call a political system. 🙂 I am not even sure what else to say?

I thought that many here agreed they may be Marxists. I mean it too. I have seen that a lot on the site. Karl had worm hole technology i believe!!! 😉

I have no clue how to maintain our freedoms with us moving toward a totalitarian society, it is scary to think about, but we have to think about,we must . I know I don’t want to lose my freedoms. And as far as the house sub-committe meeting next , I really hope it’s not a boring dry meeting, with no real substance around the UFO subject,or politicians still suggesting the ridiculous idea that these crafts are China/Russia. Thanks Richard and Tracy for all the informative and fascinating content you bring us every week.

I would very much appreciate it if you didn’t call Klaus Schwab ‘Mister Klaus Schwab’. It’s a detail, however I think it’s important

    Thanks

This feels like an argument for authoritarianism – or the idea that authoritarian structures are a successful model. My understanding is that centralized planning is how societies die, and decentralization has been the key to success. To me, it’s a universal principle that life is inherently “independent parts of a whole.” The forest thrives because the trees make independent choices. Every violation of that principle that I’m aware of is associated with pain, suffering, and death.

I certainly don’t want to make an argument for authoritarianism. I just wonder if we are in a bad current and need to be aware of the dangers.

I believe in individuality/creativity and if it is real, it does not mean being destructive to the whole. I mean. The Creative Source, is indeed creative. 🙂 That means bringing something into being that is unique and original. That is designed to be non harmful to other beings and things.

Of course, the very name of this podcast is so loaded it could go off at any minute without a lock!! 🙂

An IMPOTANT insight in the new book by a Grey experienced is that there are better systems of managing society. The book is The Rising The Alien Plan to Build an Emlightened City on Earth. They Greys work cooperatively with others and they don’t feel forced. Totalitarian is not a fair term, the author says.

    Very good talk Richard!
